You’ll work on real projects, collaborate with developers, and contribute to building scalable and efficient software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and design solutions.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.Assist in creating technical documentation for applications.Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.What You’ll LearnEnd-to-end software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.Practical experience with programming languages, frameworks, and version control systems.Best practices for code quality, debugging, and collaboration.Exposure to Agile development methodologies and teamwork in a tech environment.Problem-solving and analytical skills for real-world software challenges.QualificationsFinal-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Prior internship or project experience in software development is a plus.Tools You’ll UseDevelopment Tools: VS Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse, or equivalentVersion Control: Git, GitHub, GitLabCollaboration & Documentation: Slack, Google Workspace, MS OfficeProject Management: Jira, Trello, ClickUp (optional)
