This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in modern software development in the UI area, who is ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, in an international environment.This development team is responsible for the engineering tools and is providing a user-friendly development environment for automation engineers. The team is responsible for implementation and UX design.As part of our software engineering team, you will help shape the future of digitalized industrial automation. You will contribute to the development of next-generation control products, support strategic technology initiatives, and collaborate on cross-functional projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.Design, develop, and improve advanced control products for industrial automation. Participate in architectural discussions, feature development, maintenance, and team planning. Solve complex technical challenges and review current technologies to select effective solutions. Coach and support junior team members. Collaborate with other teams and departments to deliver robust solutions. Apply best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development and continuous integration/deployment. Contribute to the adoption and standardization of modern development tools and methods. Actively participate in strategic technology initiatives and transformation programs. Qualifications For The Role3-5 years of experience in software development. Experience with JavaScript, React, C#, and C++ is an advantage. Passion for quality and best practices in software development, including continuous integration and product documentation. Skills in containerization, microservices, and Linux are merits. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Hands-on, proactive mindset with a drive for innovation. Fluent in Swedish preferable, English is a must.
