NovusCore Labs BD is looking for Software Development ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager who will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable web and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, React, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of AI tools and project management principles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality applications on time.Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core and React.Proven experience in AWS cloud architecture & deployment.Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).Integrate and utilize AI/ML tools or APIs to enhance system intelligence and automation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and technical strategies.Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for effective project management.Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues when necessary.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringSkills Required: Software Architect, PostgreSQL, JIRA, Git and Github, AWS, ReactJS, PMP, Artificial intelligence (AI), Dot Net Core, Dockers and KubernetesExperience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Artificial Intelligence (AI) StartupAdditional RequirementsExperience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployment.Exposure to microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Trello) and Agile methodologies.Job LocationDhakaSalaryTk. 250000 - 280000 (Monthly)
