Software Development Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead the development of our digital products — including mobile apps, websites, and internal systems — as we expand our footprint in luxury concierge, travel, and lifestyle services. You will work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and business leaders to translate ideas into powerful digital solutions. If you are a hands-on technical leader with a passion for building modern, scalable, and client-centric digital platforms, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development Leadership - Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of all mobile, web, and system development projects.Technical Project Management - Oversee sprints, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.Quality Assurance Oversight - Define testing standards, supervise UAT, and ensure every deployment meets performance, UX criteria, cybersecurity protocols, and internal QMS/IT control requirements.System Deployment - Manage go-live plans, version control, updates, and post-launch monitoring and maintenance.Digital Innovation - Introduce new technologies, automation tools, AI concepts, and best-practice frameworks to drive innovation.Team Leadership - Guide product owners, UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and specialists while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.Management Reporting - Prepare technical reports, release notes, sprint dashboards, and architectural documentation for management review.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in mobile/web development frameworks, APIs, cloud systems, and databases.Proven experience managing software roadmaps, sprint cycles, and cross-functional releases.Familiarity with Saudi PDPL and ISO 27000 (Information Security Management System).Strong communication skills (written and spoken language) in both English and Arabic.RemunerationCompetitive Salary Package (based on experience, 10,000-13,000 SAR)Benefits: As per Saudi Labor Law & Company PolicyWorking Hours: 48 hours/weekJoining: Immediate (Local Transfer only)Why Join Us?Join a fast-growing organization at the forefront of luxury concierge, travel, and digital lifestyle innovation.
