With a unique freemium model and minimal direct competition, we are poised to capture a large share of the $4.5T U.S. healthcare industry.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Application developmentBuild robust frontend applications using Vue 3Work on realtime web application for audio and SMS communications with users (patients)Required QualificationsProven experience building highly-available applications in a regulated environmentProficiency with Vue 3, TypeScriptExperience interacting with backend APIs written in node, Mongoose, Express, or similar tech stacksPreferred QualificationsGeneral healthcare tech / SaaS experienceFamiliarity with HL7 / FHIR / EHRExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitExperience with with monorepo, especially turborepoWork EnvironmentThe team is distributed remotely with regional hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, Canada. On-site is not required but encouraged if you are local for team bonding. There are many 100% remote engineers and non-engineers in the company.
