You’ll work with teammates and cross functional partners to plan, refine and build features from concept through implementation.You'll spearhead efforts to establish patterns and processes, and lead the team through examples in your own work.You'll develop and enhance new and existing features as well as investigate and resolve defects.You'll remain up-to-date on evolving tools and patterns for managing infrastructure and guiding our implementation of them when necessary.You'll help scope, estimate, and prioritize work.You'll embrace and demonstrate our values: empathy, creativity, and independence.QualificationsBS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience3+ years of experience developing systems/software for large businesses using Java/J2EE, Python, or GoStrong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with databases, cloud, APIs, and other technologies to ensure that the application is scalable, secure, and performant.Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD)Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large scale, consumer facing web applicationsPossess basic understanding of AI concepts and foundationsAbility to work collaboratively with AI experts and integrate AI into existing systems as needed, with guidanceFamiliarity with data and metrics required for building and evaluating AI modelsConversant with AI Native principles and able to apply them to software developmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about software and AI based solutionsAbility to communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in AI technology and incorporate them into software development practices.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
