.NET/MAUI Software Engineer – Bern (Pharmaceutical Technology)Our client, a leading pharmaceutical technology company based in Bern, is pioneering the development of a non-invasive diagnostics platform used to support clinical decision-making in real time. As they scale internationally, they are looking for a talented and motivated .NET Software Engineer to help build robust software solutions that meet the strict demands of regulated healthcare environments.About the Role:As a .NET Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and testing core components of a next-generation diagnostics system. Working across .NET MAUI/WPF and C++, you’ll help ensure seamless system integration, performance, and compliance. You’ll work alongside AI, data science, and hardware teams, contributing to both product evolution and innovation.Requirements:Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline3+ years of professional experience as a .NET Software EngineerSolid proficiency in C#, .NET (WPF and/or MAUI is beneficial).Strong understanding of cross-platform development and system-level integrationExperience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical technologyFluent English (C1+).Nice to Have:Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practicesScripting in Python or other tooling languagesPassion for applying technology to solve healthcare and pharmaceutical challengesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentLocation: Bern, Switzerland / Full remoteSalary: CHF 80'000 – 125'000 + Bonus + BenefitsIf you're a passionate .NET Software Engineer with experience in .NET MAUI/WPF and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge pharmaceutical technology, this is the opportunity for you.
