You will:Build new AI-powered modules end-to-end across our TypeScript/NestJS backend & AWS serverless stackScale real-time calling infrastructure processing thousands of concurrent dials, conversations, and eventsArchitect & optimize event-driven pipelines (BullMQ, SQS/SNS, WebSockets, Deepgram/AI integrations)Own observability — logs, metrics, alerts, performance tuning, auto-healing mechanismsImprove deployment + runtime safety with CI/CD automation, IaC, and zero-downtime rolloutsCollaborate directly with founders + users to turn raw GTM insights into shippable productsRaise the bar via code reviews, pairing, and helping us build a world-class engineering cultureYou’ll have huge scope and direct business impact.
