Join us in simplifying everyday life for educators and students through innovative, data-driven tools that enable more focus on learning.The RoleAs a Software Engineer specializing in Data Analytics at Tietoevry Education, you will:Work in a skilled cross-functional team to develop and modernize our data analytics platformTake end-to-end responsibility for building software products that improve schools across the NordicsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needsShape your team's ways of working, both internally and with surrounding teamsContinue learning from and coaching your colleagues in our agile development environment Essential QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForUniversity degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or similar fieldStrong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL ServerSolid experience with database management, data modeling, and data structuresFamiliarity with Microsoft Visual StudioExperience with agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (or similar), and CI/CD pipelinesFluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)We'd Love If You Also Have Experience WithModern data analytics platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power BI)OLAP cubes and multidimensional data modelingAzure platform and its data servicesData visualization and BI toolsETL processes and data pipeline developmentSpecialized knowledge in containers, test automation, microservices, or software securityYour working style: You're a collaborative team player who takes initiative and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
