Teams in Poland contribute to mission-critical areas such as Cloud Platforms (including GKE Networking), distributed computing, security, and advanced technical domains like Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Information Retrieval. You will tackle massive-scale challenges, evolving and growing as Google continues to push technological boundaries.  Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust product and system code.  Diligently review code, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to best practices.  Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.  Lead or actively participate in technology design reviews with peers and stakeholders.  About You We're looking for versatile engineers who possess a strong foundation in computer science principles and are passionate about solving challenging problems in system scalability and performance.  Candidates should possess some or all of the following skills and experience:Minimum qualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.  Experience working with data structures or algorithms during coursework, projects, research, internships, or practical experience.  Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).  The ability to communicate effectively in English.Have a disability, neurodivergence, mental health or long term health condition.
