What You’ll Do As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise software solutions across multiple industries. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound, efficient, and aligned with HAIPriori’s mission of delivering technology with purpose. Key Responsibilities 1) Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and SQL Server. 2) Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards aligned with API best practices and SOLID principles. 3) Develop and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, implementing CI/CD workflows to ensure repeatable, automated deployments. Deploy and manage applications within Containers and Azure Kubernetes, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance. 4) Participate in code reviews, enforce clean architecture patterns, and ensure adherence to HAIPriori’s quality and compliance standards. 5) Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and UI tests) to ensure consistent software reliability. 6) Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. 7) Contribute to continuous improvement by researching emerging Microsoft and cloud technologies and recommending enhancements to existing architectures. 8) Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. 9) Document software designs, configurations, and operational procedures to maintain transparency and ensure regulatory compliance. 10) Shape What You’re Made Of Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 11) 5+ years of professional experience in software development using Microsoft technologies. Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and .NET Framework / .NET Core. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, queries, and performance optimization. 12) Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Containers, and Kubernetes for application delivery and orchestration. Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, OOP) and API design best practices. 13) Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering maintainable and efficient code. 14) Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). Preferred Qualifications1) Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or Terraform for infrastructure as code. Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices and agile methodologies. Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR). 2) Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) frameworks. 3) Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
