We’re now building a new digital product that brings our expertise, insights, and creative process into a seamless mobile app experience. The app is being developed in partnership with a top agency, and we’re looking to bring our first in-house technical hire onboard to help shape, build, and grow it.Role DescriptionLooking for a part-time or full-time hands-on Software Engineer with strong experience in mobile app development and a good eye for design, user experience, and product detail. You will work closely with our external development agency, internal team, designers, and leadership to ensure the app is built to a high standard and reflects our brand vision.This is a unique opportunity to be an early in-house technical hire, influence key product decisions, and help shape the technology foundation of an exciting new platform in the talent and branding industry.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principlesProficiency in Back-End Web Development and ProgrammingExperience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is ideal • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
