A love of learning new tech is essential to being a great software engineer and keeping up with the innovative work the industry has to offer. As a result, we'll give you 10 days of external training to spend how you wish such as subscriptions to learning sites, conferences or certifications. Therefore, we only have a two stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and the next is a 1.5 hour Teams call with the team. It's as easy as that! We believe organic conversation is the best way to find out about someone. After all, recruitment is a two-way process!Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years. This role requires you to be SC cleared or could become SC cleared. The ideal candidate would also be willing to undergo a higher level clearance in the future, opening them up to even more exciting projects.The role is initially remote until the highest level clearance is gained, when it will be a requirement to visit customer sites in Cheltenham or Chippenham.The salary for this role is £28-35k, depending on experience.
