With a growing international workforce and projects with global clients, they emphasize diversity, flexibility, and continuous innovation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop SaaS applications utilizing Generative AI.Design and build highly efficient and reusable systems.Lead projects integrating multiple APIs and creating new APIs.Contribute to system design and implementation with performance and maintainability in mind.Build modern web applications using TypeScript and Next.js.Team Structure: ~65 members across:Client Solution DevelopmentIn-house AI SaaS DevelopmentCommon Infrastructure Development (Infra / Data / AI R&D)Tech Stack & Tools:Languages: Python (backend framework), TypeScript/React/Next.js (frontend), NXInfrastructure: GCP (Kubernetes, containers), DockerTools: Slack, Confluence, Linear, GitHub, Notion, Google WorkspaceWork environment: Mac (Apple Silicon), dual monitors providedRequirementsMust-have:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.3+ years of web application development with modern frameworks.2+ years in server-side implementation.Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, etc.).Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.Fluency in English and/or Japanese (business level or higher).Preferred:Experience developing SaaS web applications.Background in designing large-scale, complex architectures.Interest or basic understanding of Generative AI.Ability to keep up with the latest technology trends and share knowledge internally.Conditions & BenefitsSalary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 annuallyRemote Work: Options availableTransportation Costs: Covered (per company policy)Working Hours: Flex time with 60-minute breakInsurance: Health insurance includedWe still have more positions available across different roles.
