As Sofico ventures into new verticals, we’re assembling a fresh team to tackle the quirks of truck and equipment leasing, think trucks, excavators, and material handling beasts.As a software engineer, you’ll adapt Miles Enterprise Core to the unique challenges of truck and equipment leasing. From multi-element assets to self-managed maintenance.Your responsibilities will include:Develop new features for truck and equipment leasingCollaborate with fellow engineers in an agile Scrum team, participating in stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectivesWork closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsContribute to the global developer community, sharing best practices and driving innovationAnalyzing existing code and designing technical solutions based on functional requirementsYour skills and interestsYou think in systems, not just code. With a sharp analytical mindset, you tackle complex problems and design solutions that scale.
