Gothenburg, SwedenDescriptionWe're looking for a curious and hands-on tester to join our team. Our system is complex and deeply integrated with other business systems. Right now, we don't have a structured manual test suite - no written test cases for even the business-critical flows. Documentation exists but is often outdated or incomplete.This is where you come in.Your main responsibility will be to help us build order out of chaos: Understand how the system works (ask questions, explore, investigate). Document what you learn in a clear, reusable way. Define and execute manual tests, especially for the business-critical areas. Identify what needs to be retested before every release and make sure we don't miss it.When the team delivers new features, you'll test them. When we're between deliveries, you'll focus on filling in the gaps in our manual test coverage. Over time, you'll give us confidence that we're testing the right things at the right time.What You'll Do Explore the system and gather missing knowledge (don't wait for others to hand you information). Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases. Identify business-critical flows and ensure they are covered by regression tests. Collaborate with developers to test new functionality early. Contribute to clearer documentation around how things work. (Optional/merit) Help us shape our automated test strategy (E2E, integration).About You Curious and proactive - you ask questions, follow leads, and don't wait for perfect documentation. Detail-oriented - you can break down complex flows into clear test steps. Comfortable in a technical environment; you're not afraid to look at logs, configs, or databases if needed. Communicative - you help the team understand risks, not just report issues.Merits (nice To Have, Not Required) SQL Server / database familiarity. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and boards.
