Not only will you be comfortable when asked to input and lead in other areas, but you'll be comfortable being a self-starter and instigating changes yourself.For your new roleYou have experience with Java and Spring FrameworkYou have experience with Kubernetes and micro servicesYou can comfortably debug a distributed system e.g. using distributed tracingYou can design a RESTful API and list all the pros and cons of your designYou have an API-first product mindset: you care about customer outcomes and you like to listen to their use-cases before diving into codeYou can drive an initiative on your own, and you are also able support your team's goalsYou have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
