Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a specialization in Tosca to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP, front-end, back-end, and API testing. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives in challenging environments. Leadership experience and expertise in test strategy creation are essential, as you will guide our testing efforts and help drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as ToscaExperience in Playwright and other automation tools is a plusDesign and implement comprehensive test strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goalsExperience in intelligent automation and AI tools to enhance test automation processes preferredMentor and lead junior testers, providing guidance on best practices and automation techniquesEvaluate and recommend additional automation tools (e.g., Tosca) to improve testing efficiencyIdentify and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle, offering effective solutionsContinuously assess testing processes and tools, driving innovations to optimize performanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on ToscaStrong understanding of front-end and back-end testing methodologies, as well as API testingExperience with intelligent automation or AI in test automation is highly desirableFamiliarity with other automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright is a plusProven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor team membersDemonstrated experience in creating and executing test strategiesExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
