Join us and be part of a mission that matters!About the Role:We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to manage a small team of developers and help architect the best software solutions for the organization. You’ll balance hands-on development with DevSecOps ownership, solutions architecture, and team leadership. Your direction will guide the team in its continual evolution toward more secure, efficient, and contemporary application delivery.As a key member of the IT Leadership, you’ll report to the Director of IT, leading 3 engineers and working closely with the Program Manager to ensure that we build software well, and that our systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.Salary: $169,550 - $254,330We believe in recognizing your unique talents and experience—that’s why salary is based on each candidate’s qualifications. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels valued for the expertise they bring! What You’ll Do:Provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of software and applications.Own system architecture and ensure designs continue to be scalable, maintainable, and secure.Continue modernization efforts across tools, infrastructure, and development processes (including CI/CD and DevSecOps).Provide scope and prioritization on work assignments, paying strong attention to detail and deadlines.
