Established in 1984, DIALOG has grown both organically and through strategic alliances with internationally-renowned technology partners.Purpose Lead and oversee the projects team to ensure successful planning, execution and completion of projects, while maintaining strict adherence to established standards and frameworks.Key Accountabilities Lead, coach, and manage the team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.Allocate project assignments based on team capacity, skills, and project requirements.Foster a collaborative and accountable project delivery culture.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Lead, manage, implement, and deliver projects in accordance with company policies, required quality standards, budget constraints, and approved timelines.Monitor project health through KPIs and regular reporting, ensuring projects are on track.Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.Facilitate regular communication and reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and issues.Resolve escalated project conflicts and manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and tools.Develop and implement standardized project management templates, procedures, and best practices.Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.Stay informed on business applications and key functionalities following project go-live to provide continued support, deliver insights, and enhance operational effectiveness.Support the Unit Head in developing the project roadmap to align with current business needs and future requirements.Assist the Unit Head in driving department talent development initiatives, in collaboration with the Planning & Governance team and Group HR.Professional Qualification / Experience'• Degree in relevant area of study.• >10 years of relevant working experience.• Experience and deep expertise in project management, agile, change management principles, methodologies, and tools.• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusLeadership Competency• Commitment to DIALOG• Holding self and others accountable• Building strategic relationship• Developing and inspiring others• Managing people and perrformance• Driving execution• Leading change• Strategic thinking*Kindly contact recruitment team for further information | Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
