Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEOversee day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance performance and client satisfaction.Collaborate with technical leads and project teams to ensure seamless integration between services and project deliverables.Monitor service performance and proactively address deviations, risks, or potential issues.Support the planning and execution of closed-scope software projects when required, ensuring alignment with delivery standards and timelines.YOUR PROFILEMinimum of 6 years of experience in project management.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the local market.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.Background in software development, with a clear understanding of project lifecycles.Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and client-facing service operations.Demonstrated project management expertise; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered a plus.Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align expectations and drive value delivery.What You’ll Love About Working HereJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
