Job DescriptionReview Requirements documents and Mock-ups Collaborate with Business Product Managers to define acceptance criteriaCreate Test Plan and ensure that all scope has been coveredCreation of test cases and ensuring that all scope defined in Test Plan has been coveredFacilitate Test Plan walkthroughPrepare Timeline estimation and Perform Test execution using different type of TestingReport defects and help developers in investigation by checking of logs and PortalEnsures smooth, timely and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working; ownership of the whole UAT process from planning, execution to sign-offWork with directly with ShopeePay Business Product Managers, different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements, build test scripts and resolution of bugs / glitchesHandle multiple and complex projects at the same time and work with minimal to no supervisionPerform other related duties as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related course3 - 6 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance.At least 5 years of Quality Assurance & Systems Testing experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industryHands-on experience with launching and managing new products features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholdersDetail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team playerDisplays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakesPerform Test execution: Back end (API Testing) and Front end. Functional and Non-Functional TestingProven experience in test planning, test monitoring, test analysis and design, test execution, defect management, test reporting.
