Software Requirements Analyst

Overview:We are seeking a Software Requirements Analyst to work with our product and development teams to translate business needs into clear requirements. You will help document how software solutions should function and support the development lifecycle.Responsibilities: • Work with business users and developers to gather and clarify software requirements. • Document requirement specifications, user stories, and simple process flows. • Review existing systems and workflows, identify areas for modest improvement. • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and technical teams for requirement clarification. • Assist in defining test cases or requirements-based validation. • Track changes in requirements and ensure documentation remains up-to-date.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. • Minimum 1 year experience in business or software analysis (or equivalent). • Solid communication skills and ability to translate business needs to technical teams. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps is a plus. • Experience documenting requirements and process flows.
