Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: RG GroupEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 6,000 – 10,000/monthRole Overview:As a Software Sales - Business Development Manager at RG Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition and retention of clients for our software and technology solutions. The role focuses on identifying potential business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and creating tailored sales strategies that align with their digital transformation goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value technology solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients to promote RG Group’s software products and digital solutions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and propose customized software solutions to meet business challenges.Deliver persuasive sales presentations, demos, and proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate sales records.Represent the company at business events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand market presence.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or business development (B2B preferred).Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of software solutions, digital transformation, and technology trends.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build client trust and manage long-term partnerships.Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business growth.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
