ABOUT THE CLIENTOur client is a fast-growing technology company dedicated to the research and development of the logistics system and platform.With the HQ in Hong Kong, Thailand is the new branch and regional office to take care of the local business and oversee the regional projects. You'll be joining a fast-growing LogTech company and you can immediately make a lot of impact on the business as you'll take over this responsibility from the Project Director with which you'll be working intensively. You'll be involved in the building of a SaaS logistics and Transportation System - analysing requirements for new features, defining stories and tasks, teambuilding and supporting the team members to deliver, communicate and prioritise effectively. JOB SUMMARYThey are seeking a highly experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management, along with deep knowledge of Logistics and Transportation Management Systems.This role focuses on understanding customer needs, developing customised solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstanding Customer NeedsIdentify and analyse customer requirements and challenges within their transportation and logistics operations to tailor effective solutions.Solution SalesPresent customized TMS solutions that align with specific customer business goals and operational needs.Building RelationshipsEstablish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.Sales Process ManagementManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, to successfully closing deals.Product KnowledgeMaintain a deep understanding of the TMS software, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.Industry KnowledgeStay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in transportation and logistics.Reporting and AnalysisTrack, report, and analyse sales performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and strategize accordingly.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with internal teams i.e. marketing, product development, customer support to ensure smooth sales processes, successful implementations, and high customer satisfaction.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Logistics related)2-4 years' experience in IT/SaaS salesStrong communication skills –with the ability to address multiple levels of the internal and external organizations orally or in writingPlanning and organisational skillsExperience with executing software solution selling methodologiesB2B sales & Channel Management experience, preferably in a software-oriented businessAbility to think strategically and divergently while acting independently to successfully manage achievement of short-term goalsComfortable to conduct 1–2-day pre-sales meetings / workshop to potential users.
