Software Service Delivery Engineer

Department: TechnicalLocation: Iraq Sky Company – Baghdad / Al-Nidhal StreetWorking Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMWe are looking for a Software Service Delivery Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery, deployment, and operational support of software systems for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR).If you’re passionate about software delivery, project coordination, and providing high-quality service to end users this role is for you.#Key Responsibilities-Coordinate and execute software deliveries to MOHESR and universities.-Act as the main point of contact between the ministry, universities, and the delivery team.-Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting after deployment.-Maintain delivery documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.-Collaborate with project managers to align milestones with academic schedules.-Prepare and deliver user training sessions and materials.Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.-2+ years of experience in software delivery, IT service management, or system deployment.-Proven experience in project management or project coordination.-Experience in the education sector is a plus.Skills & Competencies-Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL practices.-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.-Familiarity with ERP, LMS, or student information systems.-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Project Management-Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies.-Experience with project tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.-Strong time management and risk mitigation abilities.
