Software Test Automation Manager

You will drive automated testing, improve product quality, and ensure our software is reliable and ready for market.RequirementsWhat You Will DoLead and manage a team of QA automation engineersBuild, improve, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testingWork closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams on high-quality releasesCreate test plans, test cases, and automation strategies for new featuresTrack defects, manage fixes, and improve the overall stability of our productsIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelinesTrain and mentor QA engineers to strengthen automation skillsReport testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to managementWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman/Newman, JMeter, etc.)Experience with API testing and automated regression testingGood understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket or GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAble to communicate clearly in simple EnglishExperience in fintech, payments, or digital platforms is a plusBenefitsWork with modern digital banking and payment technologies.Collaborate with international teams across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific.Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
