Software Test Engineer

We are one of the fastest growing start-ups in AI based e-commerce solutions with multiple investment rounds and have offices in 5 countries.We build Segmentify using new and powerful web stack (Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, MongoDB, Apache Ignite, Kafka, React.js, Webpack and JavaScript ES6) and are always on the watch-out for new trends and technologies.Job OverviewWe are looking for a Test Engineer to join our product team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify issues and improve overall product performance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.Ensure test coverage by implementing automated test frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability.Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to enhance product robustness.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience testing SaaS products, preferably in the eCommerce & marketing tools2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test automation.Experience in scripting languages such as  HTML, CSS JavaScript, or Java.Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Working knowledge of Java to construct Test Automation software
