Software Test Engineer

You will be involved in testing both the existing mission-critical C components and the re-engineered Rust modules of the EBP system. Your work spans the full software development lifecycle, from reviewing analyses to validating delivered features. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support the evolution of testing practices, documentation, and automation. Depending on the project phase, you may take on responsibilities from hands-on tester to technical lead.Develop detailed test specifications based on functional, architectural, and design documentation.Perform manual test execution on various software components.Implement and run automated test cases using existing tooling and contribute to extending the automation framework when needed.Document test outcomes and ensure traceability of all results.Review and validate test reports and propose improvements to current testing approaches.What We Expect From You:Strong experience testing both server-side and client-side software.Familiarity with automated testing practices.Proficiency in PythonAbility to work with precision and maintain accuracy over long testing cycles in safety-critical environments.French OR Dutch and EnglishKnowledge of EN50128 or DO178 standards and/or ISTQB Foundation certification is a valuable asset; knowledge of Qt and Squish is considered a plus; experience with Rust (and optionally C or Java) is an advantage.What You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
