Ability to accept short-term business trips is a plus.Good understanding of software testing methods and processes for mobile products. Familiarity with mobile phone R&D processes is preferred.Familiar with mobile communication testing and basic communication theory. Able to identify possible causes of abnormal calls, voice issues, and network problems. Understanding of local operator networks and SIM cards. Experience testing across multiple network environments (2G/3G/4G/5G/IMS/BT/WIFI/NFC/GNSS) is required. Connections with internal operator testing staff are a plus.Familiar with mobile software testing theory and proficient in using MTK/Spreadtrum tools to capture mobile logs. Ability to analyze logs and network signaling is a plus.Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to quality.Ability to speak English, understand, and execute test cases. Fluent English is preferred.Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and logical thinking. Experience managing small teams is preferred.ResponsibilitiesThorough understanding of mobile phone software testing processes and methods. Proficient in machine flashing and MTK/Spreadtrum log capture tools.Execute test cases efficiently, including communication, system apps, camera, and other functional tests.Identify possible causes of abnormal calls, voice, or network issues. Test across multiple network environments (2G/3G/4G/5G/IMS/BT/WIFI/NFC/GNSS). Connections with internal operator testing staff are a plus.Complete all test tasks on schedule while ensuring quality. Strive to meet project milestones.Understand local user habits, test after-sales issues, and collect high-frequency user scenarios (e.g., purchasing, usage, gaming, calling).Promote and assist headquarters R&D personnel in problem-solving according to project schedule.Provide professional advice on test cases. Ability to design use cases based on operator requirements and knowledge of local networks or internal contacts is a plus.Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to work overtime when necessary. Assist in managing team members, distributing tasks, and ensuring quality.
