You'll write and automate test cases, participate in sprint planning and refinement, and monitor quality metrics such as code coverage and test reports. You’ll be the critical bridge between developers and product owner and the voice of the user in our release decisions. You’ll contribute to the health of our CI/CD pipelines, support team members with best practices, and continuously improve how we build and deliver quality software. What you’ll do Design and execute test plans (manual and automated) for component, integration, and end-to-end testing Define and automate acceptance criteria based on product specs Use tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Vitest to create scalable test suites Collaborate with developers and product owners during agile ceremonies Monitor and report on test coverage, quality indicators, and performance Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Bitbucket) Help guide junior QA engineers and foster quality awareness across teams What you bring 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Vitest) Knowledge of QA best practices and ability to advocate them in dev teams Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Eligible to work in the Netherlands or the U.S. (no outsourcing or B2B setups) Bonus points if you have...
