Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Wellbeing Manager located in Calistoga, CA.
The Senior Wellbeing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of wellness programs for guests and staff, manage daily operations of the spa and fitness facilities, and ensure the highest level of service and hospitality. Responsibilities include creating and leading wellness programs and activities, training and mentoring staff, collaborating with other departments to enhance the guest experience, and maintaining the spa and fitness areas in top condition.
