Job Description

POSITION SUMMARYThe VIP Reception Agent is the first point of contact for VIP Premium and Junkets, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guests inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience for VIP Premium and Junket guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Greet guests, check-in/out, and provide hotel information and services. Assist VIP and Junket guests with special requirements and preferences. Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and ensure accuracy. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote hotel amenities.

Maintain VIP front desk, handle payments, and ensure security protocols. Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. RequirementsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED Relevant experience of Front Office in the Hotel industry is an advantage. KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
