The Solaire Club Ambassador is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our VIP customers, being reliable, possessing a positive attitude, being skilled at conversation, being able to enjoy talking to a stranger and being able to think on your feet. Provide exceptional customer service. Assist in issuing an order with F&B during busy periods to help expedite service. Possibly bring a drink order to a guest during peak periods. Identify good and regular patrons and provide a high standard of customer service to generate frequent visits.
Always establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude with patrons. Anticipating patrons' needs and problems at Solaire Club and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly. Provide information about facilities, amenities, entertainment, events, and promotions taking place within the premises and on the property. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any Business-Related course 1 – 2 years experience in Hospitality industry Good at engaging with people and have to know how to strike up and hold a conversation.
Strong and clear communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English, and knowledge in another language would be preferred. Ability to work in shifting schedule and ability to work under strict timelines. Friendly, professional appearance and look.
