POSITION SUMMARYKnowledgeable in all aspects of laundry operation. Can perform different tasks such as Guest Washer, Dry Cleaner, Checker, Presser, etc. Relieves all position whenever it is needed. Report on time, neatly dressed, and register attendance via "Mizzisoft. " Coordinate with Housekeeping for occupancy updates and special guest requests. Collect soiled linens and guest items, ensuring a complete laundry list. Operate washing machines and dryers, perform rust flushing, and clean equipment. Sort guest items by fiber, color, and condition; inspect for damage, valuables, and proper care. Follow safety protocols, including chemical checks, color bleeding tests, and reporting issues.
RequirementsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED Relevant experience as a laundry attendant in the Hotel industry is an advantage. At least 1 year experience in laundry operation. KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Willing to work on extended hours Willing to work in rotating shifts Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM/OVERNIGHT shifts, weekends and holidays. At least College level or with any related vocational courses
