COMPANY BACKGROUND/CULTUREOn behalf of Huawei Technologies (Cambodia) we are looking for Solar Architecture ( Storage Business) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLEProduct Solution design: Accurately understand customer requirements, match the optimal product solution, analyze and locally adapt product and solution competition strategies, complete bidding configuration and quotation, solve customer technical and commercial problems.Customer relationship development: Develop customer relationships and gain insight into customer requirements of the responsible account group/region. Accurately analyze the market and identify operating scenarios.Sales project operation: Operate and manage E2E sales projects, coordinate resources from all parties to improve the project success rate, and achieve the business objectives of the region.Continuous optimization capability: Continuously optimize solutions based on customer feedback and business changes. Track industry trends and provide innovative suggestions.Document writing capability: Write requirement documents, design solutions, and implementationreports. Bidding documents, etc.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical /Energy /Power engineering related fieldHave at least 1 year technical service or engineering experience in Solar /Battery ESS /EV Charger or related power equipment suppply or integration businessGood at presentation, communication, logical and persuasive.Good at develop and maintain relationship with customers.Good command in English, both communication and writing as a must.Have problem solving capabilities and be able to quickly solve technical solution problems in projects.
