The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Global IT infrastructure strategy. This includes overseeing data centers, cloud services, networks, servers, storage, disaster recovery, and enterprise systems. The role ensures high availability, scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure services to support business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives. Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and virtualization. Manage and optimize enterprise-wide network architecture, data centers, and cloud environments. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are integrated into infrastructure design and operations. Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and high availability systems. Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and architects. Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and enterprise networking. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks. Experience supporting manufacturing environments and industrial systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
