Solution Architect Consultant

We’re looking for a strategic and self-driven professional to join our small but passionate Solution Architect Consultant team at an early-stage EdTech company. You’ll be working directly with our C-Level to identify growth opportunities, close partnerships, and help shape impactful learning programs that serve diverse industries for our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the end-to-end business process.Key Responsibilities :Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.Design customer journeys and learning paths tailored to industry needs.Drive sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.Strengthen client relationships and promote long-term engagement.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue performance.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and learning strategy.Guide development of effective, interactive courses and syllabus content.Review and optimize learning materials and delivery methods.Qualifications : At least 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales; experience in SaaS or EdTech is a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Proven track record in identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing deals—preferably within technology or education sectors.Experience or strong interest in Product Education, including the ability to translate product features into clear, value-driven learning experiences for clients.Familiarity with syllabus creation, instructional design, or non-formal education program development is a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market dynamics and client needs.Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools for workflow, reporting, and content development.Creative, organized, and learner-focused, with a passion for helping users understand and succeed with new tools or platforms.Curious and proactive about exploring and integrating AI tools into workflows.Self-driven with strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Why Join Us:Take ownership of user experience in a product that aims to transform education.Fully remote work with flexible hours (as long as you can sync with the team).Freedom to explore creative solutions and leave a real impact.Opportunity to grow alongside the product and team as we scale
