You will join the global IT & Digital Enablement (IT&DE) function, working with 7 skilled colleagues in the IT Infrastructure team. We are on an exciting journey to modernize our infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and you will be central to this transformation.What We OfferAs Solution Architect, you will design and manage end-to-end IT solutions that support business needs while ensuring scalability and performance.More specifically your tasks will be to:Design and optimize Nutanix, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments.Drive infrastructure modernization and automation.Collaborate across teams to integrate IT solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship.Lead the transition to IaC using tools like Terraform and Crossplane.Oversee deliverables from our outsourcing partner.Lars Pedersen, Director of IT Infrastructure, highlights our focus on innovation:"IaC is the future, and we thrive on embracing this change. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and enjoying the journey."We offer a dynamic, supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.What You Will BringYou have hands-on experience with HCI (Nutanix), VMware, Windows Servers, and SQL Server, and a strong interest in evolving traditional infrastructure into IaC-driven solutions.Moreover, we expect you to have:Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior role.Deep knowledge of Nutanix (or similar HCi solutions), Windows Servers, and SQL Server.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Crossplane is a plus.A passion for infrastructure modernization.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Ready to apply?
