No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the modernization of a reinsurance claims platform by designing and implementing a scalable, cloud-native solution utilizing Azure Cloud services, Java, Angular, and Spark.You will provide technical leadership, collaborate directly with clients, and ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards. Join us to apply your expertise and drive impactful solutions in the reinsurance sector.ResponsibilitiesDefine and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the reinsurance claims solutionDesign modular components including portal UI, data engineering pipelines, file processing, external integrations, and analyticsEnsure smooth integration with legacy systems while enabling future scalabilityLead technical discussions with client teams, internal stakeholders, and delivery partnersDrive architectural decisions ensuring compliance with enterprise standardsProvide hands-on guidance to development teams on implementation and performance tuningCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, and client architects to translate requirements into technical solutionsFacilitate workshops and architecture reviews to build consensus and clarityAct as trusted advisor during solution design and deliveryEstablish architecture governance frameworks ensuring security and complianceConduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and maintainabilityRequirementsExtensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution design (12 to 15 years)Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud Services, including App Services, Functions, Data Factory, and Blob StorageProficiency in Java development using Spring Boot and REST APIsExpertise in Angular version 10 or higherBackground in Apache Spark or Spark Java for batch and streaming data processingKnowledge of integration patterns such as API Gateway, messaging queues, and SFTPExperience in insurance or reinsurance domains focused on claims processingFamiliarity with legacy modernization and hybrid architecture approachesUnderstanding of analytics platforms like Power BI and Azure SynapseAzure Architect Certification, such as AZ-305 or equivalentExperience with BPM and workflow enginesExposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesStrong client-facing presence with the ability to lead cross-functional discussionsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersSkill in consensus-building and conflict resolutionStrong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)We offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
