This role also specializes in Copilot solutions such as Dynamics 365, PowerPlatform, and Copilot Studio within the SME&C division. You will be responsible for some of the most important customers within corporate organizations. You will drive the momentum of digital transformation for customers, partners, and Microsoft by selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to managed customers, which are strategic business priorities for Microsoft.Take this opportunity to hone your solution sales and collaboration skills, deepen your expertise in Microsoft’s generative AI solutions such as Copilot and Agent, and accelerate your career growth. Every day, we create a culture of inclusion based on the values of respect, integrity, and accountability, where everyone can thrive both at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesTechnical EngagementDeliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions.Support technical validation and proof-of-concept activities to ensure customer confidence in Microsoft solutions.Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists to define technical win strategies and address customer requirements.Assist in competitive positioning by articulating Microsoft’s differentiation and handling technical objections.Customer and Partner CollaborationEngage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to influence solution decisions. Work closely with partners to support joint technical engagements and accelerate solution deployment. Participate in workshops, webinars, and readiness sessions to educate customers and partners on Microsoft technologies.Technical ExpertiseBuild relationships with colleagues and team members beyond solution areas. Network at technical community events.Initiate conversations with prospective customers/partners at events to expand external networks. Act as an expert in one or more solution areas.Understand competitors’ products, solutions, and services in collaboration with GTM, and implement strategies to establish Microsoft’s position against competitors in customer communications.Sales Cycle SupportContribute technical expertise early in the sales cycle to shape solution architecture and roadmap. Provide input on proposals and assist in building solution designs aligned with customer needs. Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams for implementation and adoption.Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned with your role and workload/industry.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in technical solution engineering or pre-sales in business applications or related domains. Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English communication skills.Additional Or Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. Familiarity with generative AI technologies and Copilot solutions. Strong presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Sales experience in generative AI domainDepending on the role, you may receive allowances and other compensation.
