Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Engineering Team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for solving complex customer challenges by designing tailored solutions. As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop and demo custom solutions, and provide expert technical support throughout the sales process.A typical day in this role includes collaborating with sales to identify client requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions within Valorx products, designing and presenting Proof of Concepts (POCs), and demoing Valorx Apps to prospective customers. This is a full-time role with opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development. If you're passionate about using technology to improve how businesses interact with CRM data and thrive in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirementsDesign and develop customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologiesBuild POCs and demo solutions to clients, partners, and internal teamsDevelop Excel-based solutions, including custom automation using VBA or similar toolsTranslate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions accordinglyPresent and demonstrate technical solutions during sales cyclesEnsure solutions are scalable, meet all client requirements, and align with best practicesCommunicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience1+ years of experience with programming languagesStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience with Salesforce and Excel (preferred)Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plusEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologiesBenefits:Salary : Best in the IndustryOn-the-job training and career growth opportunitiesPowered by JazzHRmtXpaTIYPp
