Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.In the CNS S&C Market Services Europe organization, we have a customer-centric technology team with Customer Architectsand Customer Technical Project Managers owning the technical success of complex project service deliveries, assuming the technical interface roles towards the customer.ResponsibilitiesMigration Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive migration plans, align with all stakeholders (including in-depth technical discussions), make sure all scenarios are properly tested and execute migrations as planned with daily (sometimes hourly) reporting to stakeholders, often including to senior management.End-to-End Deployment & Integration Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Interconnect Session Border Controllers (ISBC) across multi-operator and roaming environments, ensuring alignment with IMS/VoLTE core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms, and interconnect gateways Documentation & Governance Review low-level designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MOPs), test plans, rollback procedures, and compliance audits for deployments and operations.Project Planning & Coordination Project planning, preparing milestones, managing LAB and Production deployments, engaging with Operations team, design team, and stakeholders to align project deployments.Required SkillsExperience in complex projects with cross domain / E2E technology areasExperience in Telco Core networks area and Cloud and Data CentersGood understanding of presales aspects like scoping, estimation and risk managementAbility to take responsibility and coordination and lead technical issuesAble to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervisionSelf-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadershipMotivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlinesIndependent and self-directedAbility to create order in an unstructured environmentConfiguration and change management experienceSolid understanding in system engineering and integration methodologiesUnderstanding of operator business drivers and technologyTechnical Project management experienceStrong customer interaction skillsNice To Haveworked with Nokia solutions beforeExperience in one or more of the following: CNF Upgrades (NPC/CFX/NTAS/SBC) Nokia Cloud on Red Hat 5G/4G Packet Core on Nokia Cloud E2E TPM (IMS; PaCo, SDM, etc.)already participated and contributed in presalespublic and/or hybrid cloud experienceCI/CD automation experienceCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
