Solution Intern (Full-Time)Location: Germany: Frankfurt am MainDuration: 6 months | Potential for full-time conversionAre you passionate about renewable energy, technology, and project management?Join our dynamic Solution Team and gain hands-on experience supporting international energy projects across Europe!What You’ll DoAs a Solution Intern, you will play an active role in supporting project delivery and cross-team coordination. Your main responsibilities include:Local Project Support: Assist the Solution Manager in tracking project progress, preparing documentation, and supporting client meetings.Product Customization Coordination: Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams, helping translate client needs into technical or solution requirements.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and information flow.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update tracking tools, and help prepare client reports and solution summaries.Learning & Growth: Participate in internal training and project review sessions to develop your technical and communication skills.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Automation, or related fields.Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills; proficient in MS Office.Language: Chinese (native-level fluency) and English (professional proficiency) are both required for daily work and communication, German: Minimum B1 level, sufficient for workplace and project communicationPersonality: Responsible, detail-oriented, and interested in connecting technical solutions with customer needs.Availability: Full-time (5 days/week) for at least 6 months; opportunity for permanent employment after internship.Mobility: Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 1-month training in China).
