We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride?We are looking for a Solution Manager with a main responsibility in developing and coordinating Autodesk products, e.g. Autodesk Fusion Manage, and its integrations to/from other systems and related services. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland but also Helsinki and Turku are negotiable. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.Your Role And Responsibilities As a Solution Manager your work will include working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop Autodesk products, e.g. Autodesk Fusion Manage, and its integrations to/from other systems and related services. You will act as Scrum Master to ensure agile delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll be working as a part of knowledgeable Product Design and Engineering Solutions team which is part of Product Engineering and Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence (PELM CoE) with diverse expertise.Your work will focus on these responsibilities:Support business product owners in planning and prioritizationAct as Scrum Master for development activities in a team of internal and external personnelFoster strong collaboration with business stakeholders, colleagues, and vendorsManage changes and new requirements in your functional area and maintain roadmap for your responsibility areaParticipate in cross-functional analysis to optimise the end-to-end process and data flowEnsure compliance with our processes, service governance, and ITSM practicesMaintain test cases, test data, business process descriptions, and own regression testing scope in close co-operation with businessMonitor service levels and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or EngineeringExcellent team working and communication skills in a global environment5+ years of experience in solution management, integrations, or engineering systems Strong understanding of end-to-end business value flows and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Hands-on development experience with Autodesk Cloud platforms and integrationsExperience in agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOpsProactive, development-minded, and goal-oriented mindsetKnowledge of ITSM practices and service governanceWhy you and us?   We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
