We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Manager to join our team in Lier, Norway, and drive growth, competitiveness, and customer value of our marine automation product family. The position holds both technical and commercial responsibility for the product portfolio, supporting global sales and operations.Are you the candidate we are looking for? We are looking for a Solution Manager to develop and maintain our marine automation product portfolio. In this strategic role, you will drive profitable growth, ensure competitiveness in a dynamic marine market, and help position our solutions for future success.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToDevelop and execute the business strategy for marine automation solutions.Identify and pursue new opportunities across the global marine sector.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of complex automation projects.Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders and external partners.Managing product profitability through pricing, cost-efficiency, and lifecycle planning.Support development across diverse areas, including propulsion and hybrid systems, and retrofitting of ship systems.Who are you?You are a strategic and technically skilled professional with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in marine automation. You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in automation, instrumentation, cybernetics, or a related engineering field, and bring relevant experience, ideally within marine automation or industrial control systems.Experience in areas such as propulsion control, hybrid systems or retrofitting of ship systems is an advantage. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
