Mō te tūranga | About the RoleThe Solutions Architect role helps realise business and technology objectives through solution architecture techniques within the Banking Services domain. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex banking systems, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and maintain the overall architecture for core banking systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirementsSupport the business in developing strategic transformation roadmapsEffectively communicate with and guide development teams, and influence enterprise-level decisionsAct as an advocate and thought leader across the banking ecosystemProvide direction and oversight for key strategic banking programmes, collaborating with various departments to ensure core banking systems meet both functional and technical specificationsNā tāu rourou | What will you bring?3–8 years of architecture experienceBackground in banking is highly desirable, across retail, commercial, investment banking, cards, payments, and loans.
