Solutions Architect (AI Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team dedicated to designing and orchestrating national-scale AI solutions. We focus on delivering domain-specific, agent-based AI platforms that integrate seamlessly with complex enterprise workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable, resilient architectures. You will utilize your deep experience in system design and enterprise integration to define how AI agents interact with existing data platforms, identity services, and distributed systems. A key area of specialization will be ensuring that these AI-driven workflows are not just experimental, but reliable, secure, and production-ready for regulated environments.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Design and implement end-to-end AI agent orchestration and complex enterprise integrations.Translate business workflows into scalable, resilient, and secure technical architectures.Define the interaction models between AI agents, enterprise data platforms, and identity services.Own the delivery of complex integrations, unblocking engineering teams on cross-system dependencies.Collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure compliant and secure AI deployments.Ensure the reliability and scalability of AI-enabled workflows in a distributed enterprise environment.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:6-10 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering.Strong track record in Compound AI systems design, including agentic AI, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks.Deep experience integrating heterogeneous enterprise systems using APIs and messaging patterns.Hands-on experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native design patterns.Solid understanding of Microservices and API architecture, including event-driven patterns.Production experience with Kubernetes, DevOps, and SRE practices.Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.Strong knowledge of application security, including OAuth, RBAC, PII handling, and AI guardrails.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).Fluent EnglishWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Culture & Development:Friendly Environment: We take pride in our culture and love spending time together.Team Spirit: Be part of a supportive team that uplifts each other.Mentorship and coaching: Our colleagues are experts in their field, and you can expect to have a solid team to rely on.Personalized Development Program: We realize that one size doesn’t fit all, so you'll receive an individual development plan tailored to your career aspirations.Social Benefits:Work Flexibility: Embrace flexible working hours and choose from remote, hybrid, or onsite work models.
