You’ll combine technical know-how with strong customer engagement to position Ingram Micro as the distributor of choice.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions and servicesAssist resellers with security solution design, bids, and tendersBuild strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholdersSupport sales opportunities with security expertise and technical inputConduct technical presentations and product enablement sessionsCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to grow the security portfolioStay current with emerging security technologies and industry trendsWhat You’ll BringSecurity certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar)Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (network, endpoint, cloud, identity, and threat management)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship skillsCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilityTeam player with initiative and solid business acumenWhat’s in it for you?We provide a fun, professional, and challenging international business setting.
