You will act as an advisor to clients, design modern data and AI platforms, and guide internal teams through technical solutioning and POC efforts, especially around Data and Generative AI use cases on cloud-native architectures.Key ActivitiesLead technical sales and work with enterprise clients on Data and AI strategies and building use casesArchitect and design modern data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, delta lakes, streaming, analytics) using Spark, Flink, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake across AWS, Azure, or GCPDefine and implement data governance policies, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards to ensure secure, and well-managed data assets based on DAMA-DMBOK principlesArchitect and design MLOps and LLMOps pipelines to support scalable AI/ML model lifecycle managementContribute to pre-sales assets (example, solution patterns, demos, estimations) and support go-to-market initiativesCoordinate and manage cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutionsTravel to customer locations up to 25% as neededRequired Skills10 - 12 years of total experience in Data & AI roles, including at least: 4+ years focused on AI/ML, including recent GenAI/LLM exposure AND 5+ years in data governance, data engineering, and data platformsExperience with GenAI technologies like MCP, A2A, Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI APIs and SDKsProven experience working with an object-oriented programming language (Python, Go, etc.)A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study or equivalent work experienceAn understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithmsStrong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative and transparent approachFluent and proficient in EnglishAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with global teamsNice to have: Strong experience in the banking domain or working with financial institutions.What we offer youYou will be working with some of the brightest people in business and technology on challenging and rewarding projects in a team of like-minded individuals.
